1. Prepare an area with one chair and a small table where you can see the moon (or at least where it should be when it
is new) by a window in your home.

rose lying on its side in front of the candle with the bottom of the stem on the side of the water. Also place a small
amount of paper on the left side of the candle. Place a pen and a small metal plate or bowl there too.

5. After you feel you have made a connection with the moon energy, take a small piece of paper and write
the personís full name that you wish to send these energies to or if you are asking for a new love write that down.
6. Place the metal bowl/plate in front of you. Light the paper on fire with the candles flame and place it in the metal
bowl. Watch it burn and focus on the person you are sending it to ñ or imagine yourself happily in love.
After the paper has turned to ash and the fire is out, put the bowl back in its place beside the candle.
Thank the Earth for the element of fire. (It is important that you leave the ashes in the bowl until all the nights of
this spell are complete.)
7. Now look to the head of the flower and visualize all of the oxygen this flower is emitting. Take 7 slow deep breaths
as if you are taking in the oxygen. Once your seventh breath is taken, thank the Earth for the
element of air.
8. Take the full glass of water and hold it up to the moon. (As the moons light grows with each night it will shine its
energies into the water.) At this time thank the Earth for the element of water and as you drink it down, visualize
the stem of the rose is a straw and you are drinking its essence.
9. Place the glass back where it belongs and now look to the rose. Realize its beauty and all the power of love it
holds. Now thank the Earth for giving itself to you.
10. Look up to the moon and say, ìTonight is the 1st night I ask this of thee, please bring my love to me.
So mote it be.î (Replace the 1st night with whatever night you are on while working your spell)
11. On the night of the full moon take the ash from all the burnt paper and crush it until it is a fine powder.
Place it in a small vial necklace and wear around your neck. Thank the Earth for the extra element of spirit. Look up to
the moon and whisper, "So mote it be."
12. Your Divine Love Intention candle will stay lit for 7 days. DO NOT extinguish it during this time.
If you must go out, leave it in your fireplace or bathtub, but never blow a candle out as it blows away the spell!
If you must extinguish the flame, snuff it out using the lid.
As the moon waxes to full and your rose dies, the beauty of the rose is transformed into pure love. The moon that is
becoming full shines a little more on the rose, the candle, and the water with each passing night.
